How do I open a new project?

I know I need to do File>New project but I cannot find it! Please Help Me!!! And yes I did download RpgToolkit!...

I know I need to do File>New project but I cannot find it! Please Help Me!!!
And yes I did download RpgToolkit!

"File" is one the top left corner when you open the Toolkit in full screen mode.
Also if you have Windows 7 - always run the Toolkit as administrator (right mouse click on the Toolkit -> run as administrator)
